How do I react to trials, disappointments, and frustrations? Do I dwell on all the negatives or do I look to all the blessings I have been given? Sadly, it is so easy to think about how bad things are or about how you wish things were. But from this day on I will become a sunflower. I will look for and follow the light in my life... because I have been truly blessed by a loving Heavenly Father. And that is what I will choose to search out from here on out, rainy days and all.

Lesson from a sunflower

Heather, you seem to do a great job of staying positive no matter what happens.
I used to hate sunflowers until I heard that fact one day. It really does make it a wonderful symbol and example to us. Thanks for sharing your positive example with us. (It's funny cuz I'm planning a post to look for positive too, but it won't have a pretty flower.)
Love this! Great thought and good advice for all of us to count our blessings instead of complaining!
Thats cool! I didn't know that.
Thanks for sharing.
I didn't know that.
Need to have more happy days no matter what.
I've always loved sunflowers so I did know that fact but it's still really cool to think about. Keep your head up. :o)
