Sewing projects and some random pics!

Ok.. I hate pictures of me. But here I am one day before Aileah's due date.
Ugh! And I can't figure out how to turn it the right way... Sorry!

Tom took this sweet shot at Tracy Aviary!

Sorry... I can't figure out how to turn this one either!
A pelican shot I took at the Aviary.

A pinecone cluster at Thanksgiving Point.

The blanket I made for Aileah. It is super simple,
I know... but I did it to practice sewing straight lines.

The blessing gown! Grandma Stella helped rescue Aileah from
a fate worse than death... looking like white trash!
Thanks for all your patience and help, Mom!

Great pictures. Adam and I had planned on going to the Aviary but time just never allowed it.

That dress is so pretty! Do you feel more confident sewing now?

Heather, you look fantastic. You probably don't believe it, but you do. And the dress is so impressive! I love the lace. It's beautiful. I hope Aileah makes her appearance very soon.

Oh, and I think if you go into your picture files on your computer and right click on a picture, it will give you a list of options and one is to rotate the picture. Hope that helps. That's what I do at least. And sometimes if you have several pictures all in a row that need to be turned you can highlight them together and then right click and rotate. Good luck!

The blanket and the dress are great. I had no idea you were making such a beautiful dress!!! It reminds me of Sabrina's. You should open an etsy shop and make blankets, burp cloths, dresses and work from home. I know how much you love sewing. :)

Your picture (of you) is really cute! Glad you posted it and the ones of the blanket and blessing gown too! Those other pictures are cool too. Now if Aileah would just get here -- but I have a meeting tomorrow in Salt Lake at noon, so not at that time, okay?

The blessing dress is beautiful! And the blanket is really cute, too (: I'm sorry you're over your due date and I hope she comes soon! As anxious as we are at my house for "the big news", I can't imagine how you must be feeling!

So glad Aileah arrived safely on June 4th! She is a big girl, but so sweet and cute! I will let you put all the details in, but I thought I'd post this so people won't think you are still overdue! Mom
